We are seeking a skilled and experienced asphalt pavement striper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in pavement striping and layout with a strong commitment to quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain striping equipment for marking parking lots, roadways, and other asphalt surfaces.
Handle moderate lifting of equipment and supplies.
Prepare, pre-mark, and clean job sites to ensure proper execution of projects.
Layout and install pavement markings on roadways, parking lots, and athletic courts according to project specifications and industry standards.
Accurately calculate field measurements using engineered plans and/or satellite imagery.
Perform duties efficiently under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last five years).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform job tasks, including sitting, standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to work outdoors in varied temperatures and weather conditions.
